remarks:
1. the macd histogram is higher .. (hist < 0) ...
2. the sts just crossed the 20-horizontal (20 < sts < 80) ...
3. volume rose almost 2x the 20-dma ...
4. jfc is still just hovering above the 210-210.40 support ...
