I am an avid follower of yours. Trying to apply your simple trading system into mine but I still have a long way to go in terms of controlling my emotions in trading and making the most of the run ups. Curious ako boss kung ano trading style mo for VITA. Assuming u sold all ur positions in tranches at 3-3.10 before it corrected to as low as 2 pesos yesterday (when its macd histograms fell below the 0 - horizontal), what will be ur next steps if u intend to enter again on a trending stock? Do you enter immediately or antay mo boss pag mgstart na sya magrise from the bottom baka kc dcb lang nangyari and pababa pa sya at baka ndi pa nareach bottom?

first of all .. wala sa bokabularyo ko yun dead cat bounce ...
so ...
i let the macd histogram fall below the 0 - horizontal ...
then wait until it hits the bottom and starts to rise ...
then start buying .. 1/3 muna of your budget for the stock .. see if it continues to rise ..
if it does not rise and goes further down .. then u sell .. 1/3 lang yun loss mo ... instead of buo ng pera mo ..
but if it rises further .. then buy another 1/3 ... and continue buying hanggang maubos budget mo for the stock ....
by the time it crosses the 0 - horizontal of the macd ... naubos mo na budget mo ... and u just wait for your sell signal ...
your sell signal? when your stop is hit ...
the stop is set at the start of your buying ... depende na sa iyo kung saan mo ilalagay .. basta below the price you entered ... usually below the last support ... as the price increases .. you adjust your stop higher .. to below the next support ..
so you sell if the price goes down to below the support .. you dont sell at the top ... its a trend following system .. the top is known after the fact na ... so you dont really know if your selling at the top at the moment of your selling .. you know its the top if pababa na yun price ... then your stop is hit .. then you selll ... you sell pakonti konti .. or you sell alll at once .. depende na sa situation ..
