2. WEB closed lower to 8.17 ... down 0.12% ...
3. if i were a short term trend follower* ... and i want to enter WEB ... id wait pa muna ... pababa pa yun histogram at price ... id wait until bumababa below the 0 - line ang histogram ... then ill reconsider buying WEB ...
