on 12 oct 2012, pldt (tel) disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, epldt, and ip ventures agreed for the purchase by epldt .. of ip venture's subsidiary ... ipcdsi ...

in a stock market forum, it was mentioned that CLOUD will benefit from the sale ... 

however, when i read the disclosure ... nowhere can i find any mention of CLOUD, the pse listed firm .. it only mentions IP Ventures ... which is the present owner of IPCDS .. after CLOUD sold IPCDS to IP Ventures .. see the CLOUD disclosure dated 15 may 2012:

i think CLOUD the pse-listed company has nothing to do with the epldt -ipvi deal .. CLOUD is no longer a company under the gonzales' ownership ... see the CLOUD disclosure dated 19 june 2012:

i dont expect any disclosure from the new owners of CLOUD except maybe to clarify that they are not involved in the transaction

i havent logged the past 2 days ... was not quite up to posting it here .. among my worst trades so far (altho i still made profits on those trades) .. anyways ...

my trades the past 3 days (27-29 feb) were as follows:

bot bak ara
bot more clouds
re-established my agi position (initial position)
bot initial gma7 position
bot initial sm position

sold my entire irc lot (thru 3 brokers over 2 days)

today's log (24 feb 2012)

sold cmt
sold mab
bot a few more clouds
added a few more alhi

irc had a fantastic ride closing limit up @ 1.80. several times the ceiling was sold off .. but buyers came bak in ... my broker called several times trying to persuade me to sell all my irc already due to the sell offs in order to lock in profits ... but i held on .. trying to extend my luck until monday .. hopefully im right

mhc .. largest shareholder of irc also was quite active

today's log (16 feb 2012)

it was a grim day today for scc .... 200 DMA was breached ... i sold some more of my scc ... should have sold earlier @220 ... will continue to monitor closely....

added a few more pnx ... 12.50 seems to be confirmed as the support for now

today's rant:

some people dont get the point why deceit should be exposed .. they even blame the victims for their folly ... yes, each one is ultimately responsible for their trades ... but it does not give license for deceitful people to spread their lies for their own gain. but on second thought ... im not surprised for this renaissance man to blame the victim ... as he is also a wolf in sheep's clothing.
