Firm relishes leisure niche

Alphaland Corp. is relishing its leisure niche, bent on acquiring another property to be developed as an “aspirational-leisure” project.
Mario Oreta, Alphaland president, said the company has found its niche to be a profitable one.
The company owned by Roberto Ongpin developed the Balesin Island Club and is now finishing the Marina Club.
Oreta said the Marina Club will be finished by the end of the year and turned over to 70 members by May next year.
