SMDC launches new condo in front of Manila Bay

MANILA, Philippines - Property firm SM Development Corp. on Wednesday launched a new condominium tower along Roxas Boulevard in Manila.

Jan Chavez, SMDC assistant vice president and program director, said Breeze Residences is 38-storey structure with a total of 2,133 residential units. This is the company's first project launch this year.

The company expects to raise as much as P6 billion in sales from Breeze Residences, which is located on a 6,028 square meter lot facing the famous Manila Bay.
