Gokongwei listing retail business

Business tycoon John Gokongwei plans to raise as much as P40 billion ($924 million) from the listing of his retail business, that includes supermarket, hardware and department stores under Robinson Retail Group.

IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication, said the company plans to sell up to 461.9 million shares at a maximum price of P86.64 per share.
