remarks:
1. the histogram crosses the 0-horizontal (hist > 0) ...
2. the sts enters the overbought zone (sts > 80: overbought)
3. vol > 20-dma
4. pha ends the session @its highest close ever @0.73 .. after hitting 0.76 intraday with an 81-million share volume ...
5. quite an exciting day for pha ... tho where it will go next is anybody's guess ...
6. i added a few more pha's after the breakout (living dangerously yes .. whipsaws are always a possibility ... but .. well ... ganun e :) )
