recently management declared a 250% stock dividend on BMM .. ano naman kaya possible motivation for this? if it is to multiply the number of shares ... another way is to reduce the par value ... as it is, BMMs par value is 10 pesos ... make it 1 peso and you multiply the number of shares by 10 ...

ito lang kaya gagawin ng management? at current prices, BMMs market capitalization is at 500 million ... very ideal for a backdoor play ... and BMM is an earning company ... so ... you buy BMM ... spin off the sugar business and make a shell company out of BMM to be made it backdoor candidate!

ok no? ...  ive been looking at BMM for years now pero ngayon ko lang naisip ito!!!  hmmm ... makabili pa nga ng konte  ... pang laro lang .... hehehe
